取消訂單

取消情况 (一) 客戶可在雙方同意下免收取費用

  • 天文台於客戶當天用車前2小時懸掛3號風球或紅色暴雨警告訊號或以上

取消情况 (二) 客戶需繳付訂單全數費用之50%

  • 客人少於5個工作天的通知期取消訂單


取消情况 (三) 客戶需繳付訂單全數費用

  • 客人在用車24小時/ 少於24小時前取消訂單

CANCELLATION

In both agreement, you may cancel the reservation without surcharge

  • The HK weather observatory confirmed signal of typhoon 3 or above/ red rainstorm or above on the day two hours before your booking time

50% of the total fee required:

  • 5 working days cancellation notice in writing is provided

​

no refund

  • 100% of the total fee must still be settled for on day cancellation
